Eleven. That’s how many Rosie Award nominations the three films from Calgary’s LHI Productions have between them, and the week they were announced was a good one for the team.
Not In My City: The Paul Brandt Story leads the way with five nominations at the 2026 Alberta Film & Television Awards. Those cover director, unscripted production under 30 minutes, screenwriter, overall sound and original musical score. Legacy of a Butterfly has four, for director, production, editor and overall sound in the same unscripted under-30-minutes group, and the project page for Never Seen lists two more for the horror short.
